1. Shipping Rates & Regions
- Standard Shipping: FREE on all orders
Supported Countries: We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore.
2. Delivery Time Estimates
Your total delivery time includes Processing Time plus Transit Time.

*Digital proofs are sent via email within 1 business day. Production begins once you approve the design.
3. Order Cut-off & Processing
- Daily Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT-8)
- Orders placed after the cut-off or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.
4. Customs & Taxes
No Hidden Fees: We handle import duties and taxes upfront. The price at checkout is the final price you pay—no surprise charges upon delivery.
5. Tracking & Delivery Support
- Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
- Missing Packages: If your tracking hasn't updated for 10+ days, please contact us. For orders marked "Delivered" but missing, notify us within 60 days for assistance.
